Little Lulu wreaks havoc in a department store, stimulating the ire of its prissy manager. In addition to the general anarchy, this has some wonderful ironic moments, including the manager being transformed into a baby, and the manager floating through the flooded store just in front of a sign that says Â?THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.Â? Dennis the Menace pales next to Little Lulu!

Somewhat painful to watch, Lulu goes to the store to exchange an item, and nearly wrecks the place picking out an item, much to the grief of a salesman there. The animation here is pretty sad, didn?t like the detail they put into Lulu vs the other aspects of the characters, flimsy story, and just all out bahness.
That, and the theme song sucked.
