A German “ohm-pah” trio is incomplete until their tuba player arrives on a boat from overseas. The resulting quartet brings the whole town out for a German dance party, until the police arrive to take the “tuba tooter” to jail.

Great little cartoon! I love it! Better than any Post-1963 Looney Tune!

This was a great little cartoon. A Tuba Player who is new to America (or wherever T and J live) go to their boarding house and start to play. Soon, Tom, Jerry, and every cotton picking thing alive start to sing the most impossibly catchy song out there. This was just plain fun.
