A pretty horrendous cartoon with bad dubbing here. A patient goes to the beach for some relaxation, but is thwarted.. THWARTED I SAY! by the people he catches a bus ride with. About the only thing interesting about this is the fact the Toonerville Trolley looks a lot like the Toontown Trolley at Disneyland…
