Nice cartoon, I like popeye’s cousins. It teaches you not to play with fireworks. too bad it did not feature a “dago bomb” [from jean shephard radio show]. a classic poeye film.

This time, Bluto, and Olive Oyl are nowhere to be found (2 points off because of that!) and Popeye is left with his nephews (ugh) who cam find nothing better to do than to blow off fireworks on the fourth of July. Popeye has other ideas, such as balloon popping and baseball playing.
