The first cartoon in a series of twelve with Toby the Pup. The series was produced by Charles Mintz 1930-1931 and distributed through RKO Radio Pictures.
Toby works as a janitor in a museum and has his own way of handling the artifacts in the exhibition.

I know I’m supposed to check reality at the door when watching these things, but this was just ridiculous. Toby is a Museum guard and it doesnt take long for the museum artificacts to start singing and dancing and what have you. Pretty pointless, I can’t quite remember how this thing ended actually.
